What the day looks like

Every session is fully tailored, but generally includes:

• A review of where the business is now and where you're trying to go
• Deep thinking around people, systems, financials, and leadership
• A guided walkthrough of the five key business areas: 
Planning, People, Financials, Operations, Sales & Client Experience 
• Leadership development - who you need to become to drive the next stage
• A clear plan for your next two quarters, with actions and priorities mapped out 

The day is structured to keep you focused and energised - with plenty of breathing space for deep thinking, quality food, and powerful breakthroughs. 

Held either at your place of business, or in the FC Success Studio, Hampton Downs Motorsport Park 9.30am - 4pm (with breaks for lunch and reflection)
